This website is provided by Precision Auto Care for informational purposes about our auto repair services. By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Estimates & Pricing

Written estimates are provided prior to all repair work. While we make every effort to provide accurate estimates, final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. Any additional work beyond the original estimate requires your authorization before proceeding. Parts warranty and labor warranty terms are provided with your service invoice. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unrelated vehicle issues, or normal wear and tear discovered during service.

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Parts pricing may change due to supplier availability and market conditions. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with repairs.

Authorization of Work

No repair work will be performed without your explicit authorization. You will receive a written or verbal estimate before any work begins. Authorization may be given in person, by phone, or by email.

If additional work is discovered during a repair, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. We will not exceed the authorized amount without your approval.

Parts & Warranty

We use quality OEM or OEM-equivalent parts on all repairs. Warranty terms for parts and labor are provided with your service invoice. Warranty coverage varies by part type and manufacturer.

• Labor warranty: 12 months or 12,000 miles on most repairs
• Parts warranty: Varies by manufacturer — typically 12-24 months
• Oil change services: Covered until your next scheduled oil change interval
• Warranty is void if the vehicle is damaged, abused, or repaired by another shop following our service

To make a warranty claim, return to our facility with your original service invoice. We will inspect the vehicle and repair any defects covered under warranty at no charge.

Vehicle Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we maintain garage keepers liability insurance for damage caused by our negligence. However, Precision Auto Care is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during service
• Damage to vehicles with undisclosed pre-existing structural damage
• Normal wear and tear on components not directly related to the authorized repair
• Valuables, personal property, or aftermarket accessories left in the vehicle
• Mechanical failure unrelated to the service performed

We recommend removing all valuables from your vehicle before service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Vehicles may not be released until payment is received in full. For large repairs, we can discuss payment arrangements prior to beginning work.

Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left on our premises without communication for more than 30 days after service completion will be considered abandoned and may be subject to storage fees or processed per applicable state law.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Precision Auto Care be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of the vehicle, towing costs, or rental car expenses, except as required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of TN, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
